The early morning jog continues. Greg and I have been running four days a week since mid-June. From completely sunny hot 6 am jaunts to the cool and dark mornings of October. I have never sustained a fitness program before. I mean, three weeks max. And here we are. By the time we cool down, the sun is rising and traffic is picking up. I'm watching the leaves change daily. When we started out this morning, the evergreens were steeped in fog, gray and black against a lightening sky tinged deep pink. I try to take it all in like a camera, without thought. Just beauty around me and a breeze through my hair. It is very good.
