The email came today outlining my responsibilities should I decide to accept the offer of consultant. I'll be helping to birth a conflict transformation center in a nearby (ok, it'll be an hours drive away) college town. It's a little over quarter time so I'll be able to do the at-home mom thing, too. In my other life, when my kids were little, I was a mediator/trainer at a conflict resolution center here. The new job is an awesome fit. It's temporary, running through the academic year, so I'll be ready if I'm recalled next year from the reduction in force list at the school corporationin which I worked.
