In Kansas, we slept under the stars. We camped by a lake, no one near. The kids were snug and content in the tent a few feet away. But Greg and I, we lay under the moonlit sky and talked of starry things. It was too beautiful to leave so we made our bed out there and slept in the cool indigo night.
