Three times in the past week I've said things I've regretted later. Yesterday, something I said a while ago came back to haunt me. Words should be about positive intention and integrity; else time is spent regretful and penitent (rightfully so) or containing damage. Words spin the human universe--we have to decide if we want to build things up or tear things down. Note to self: center down and be intentional.
